Returns, Replacements & Cancellation Policy

1. 24-Hour Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 24-hour return and replacement window from the exact moment of delivery. If there is any defect, transit damage, fitting discrepancy, or incorrect item received, you must initiate a return request within 24 hours.

• Return requests can be placed directly from your Order History page or by contacting our support team at contact@jewelsbynova.com.
• Requests raised after 24 hours of successful delivery cannot be processed due to the delicate and high-value nature of authentic silver jewelry.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and maintain strict authenticity standards, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return and replacement claims.

3. Reverse Pickup & Refund / Exchange Process

• Reverse Courier Pickup: Once your request and unboxing verification is approved, our shipping partner (Shiprocket) will schedule a doorstep reverse pickup within 24 to 48 hours.
• Item Condition: The jewelry must be returned in its original box with all certificates, pouches, and tags intact.
• Refund or Replacement: Upon QA inspection at our warehouse, you may opt for an immediate replacement or a full refund back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Order Cancellations (Prior to Dispatch)

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement or before the shipment AWB is generated. Approved cancellations are automatically refunded via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
